So a wise friend of mine mentioned that I should think about being more practical. A vessel of grace in practical ways. My above blog talked about getting involved int he community you're in. That's good, don't get me wrong, but that's not the end all. I have friends and family in town that need some hard core loving on, but it's easier for me to leave them at home and go to a food pantry. It's almost relaxing to do that. I know my family and friends back home real good, and it takes a lot more effort to love on them. So in my case, it's quite possible that would be a good route to focus on.
Really, think on it. All's I am saying is that we have time to be involved in God's work in whatever way that looks like. I've given a few possible, broad focuses, but God may have very different things in mind. Just listen to Him and surrender to whatever He would have you do over break.
